Nomie offers you high quality spices that combine premium seeds and powders with artisanal know-how. We have traveled, met producers, tasted, crushed and cooked spices for many years. To make tasty recipes, we have selected over a hundred spices from around the world.

We are Marie-Lou and Charles. Our passion for spices is a family affair. We have taken over the torch from Marie-Lou's mother who worked for nearly 15 years in the spice trade. We have always been passionate about cooking and its arts, in love with spices which have an honored role in our recipes. For us, spices are to cooking what adjectives are to words: they punctuate a dish, give it meaning, a new dimension.
