About Niki Candle
It represents my creativity and the joy of making something, giving something away and spreading warmth. My candles are hand poured and each color is individually mixed by me, making each candle unique.
My goal is to give your home a sense of cosiness with my candles or to offer them as a gift idea for loved ones.
I am looking forward to giving your company something of myself. Niki Candle ist ein One-Woman-Unternehmen, gestartet in der Küche bis zum Weg ins Atelier.
Es steht für meine Kreativität und die Freude daran etwas herzustellen, etwas weiterzugeben und Wärme zu verbreiten. Meine Kerzen werden handgegossen und jede Farbe wird individuell von mir angemischt, was aus jeder Kerze ein Unikat macht.
Mein Ziel ist es, durch meine Kerzen einem zu Hause Gemütlichkeit zu schenken oder sie auch als Geschenkidee für die Liebsten anzubieten.
Ich freue mich schon darauf, auch Ihrem Unternehmen etwas von mir mitzugeben.

Took a very long time for delivery, very poor communication!

Half of my order arrived broken. They've been promising to send replacements for over a month, but still nothing. They're stringing customers along, and the photos are even prettier than the actual products. Hair in the candles and poor workmanship! I do not recommend Niki Candle!
I’m truly sorry that five of your candle holders out of a total of forty items arrived damaged. Unfortunately, they were broken during transport. All other products were in perfect condition, and if it hadn’t been for this misunderstanding with the holders, you had even mentioned that you would like to reorder. It’s a pity that our communication took this turn. For clarification, the statement about hair in the candles is incorrect — none of our candles have ever contained hair or similar contamination. Each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail. I still wish you much success with the sale of our candles.

Still not received my package, ordering placed on March 3, we are on March 24 and nothing received, the deadlines are too long.
Toujours pas reçu mon colis, commande passée le 3 mars, nous sommes le 24 mars et rien reçu, les délais sont trop longs.
Ordered 2 orders PAID but NEVER ARRIVED!!! Not even an acknowledgment of receipt 3 CHATS sent and NONE single answer! Orderchamp is so good and only brands like NIKI CANDLE break it. Very unfortunate because it is super beautiful.
2 orders besteld BETAALD maar NOOIT AANGEKOMEN!!! Zelfs geen ontvangstbevestiging 3 CHATS gestuurd en GEEN enkel antwoord! Orderchamp is zo goed en maar merken als NIKI CANDLE maakt het stuk. Heel jammer want is super mooi.

Schade, dass sie sich für eine negative Bewertung entschieden haben. Ihre Nachricht habe ich zeitnah beantwortet. Zudem haben wir trotz Inflation und Erhöhung der Rohstoffpreise unsere Preise für die handgemachten Kerzen seit Sommer 2021 nicht erhöht.

I really like the models, nice colors and great that they are made of rapeseed wax. We are an online store, I am sorry that the candles come without any packaging (no brand on it, or that the candles are made of rapeseed wax.
Ik vind de modellen heel leuk, mooie kleuren en top dat ze van koolzaadwas zijn. Wij zijn een webwinkel, ik vind het jammer dat de kaarsen zonder enige verpakking komen (geen merk er op, of dat de kaarsen van koolzaadwas zijn gemaakt.
