Half of my order arrived broken. They've been promising to send replacements for over a month, but still nothing. They're stringing customers along, and the photos are even prettier than the actual products. Hair in the candles and poor workmanship! I do not recommend Niki Candle!

I’m truly sorry that five of your candle holders out of a total of forty items arrived damaged. Unfortunately, they were broken during transport. All other products were in perfect condition, and if it hadn’t been for this misunderstanding with the holders, you had even mentioned that you would like to reorder. It’s a pity that our communication took this turn.
For clarification, the statement about hair in the candles is incorrect — none of our candles have ever contained hair or similar contamination. Each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail.
I still wish you much success with the sale of our candles.
