Fleur de sel with Nice PDO olives
Information
This is a salt mixture made from hand-harvested fleur de sel from the Camargue and olives from Nice with a protected designation of origin. The olives are dried and infused in the salt for eight weeks, creating a flavored mixture.
The product is completely French and organic. The salt and olives are both harvested manually and processed according to traditional methods. This mixture gives dishes a characteristic taste with salt and olive aromatic notes.
