Het spijt ons dat de artikelen beschadigd zijn aangekomen. Uit de foto's blijkt dat het pakket tijdens het transport ernstig is vernield. In een dergelijke staat had de zending aan de deur geweigerd moeten worden.
Aangezien de zending zonder enig voorbehoud is geaccepteerd, is een officiële schadeclaim bij de koerier juridisch niet meer mogelijk. Wij adviseren klanten altijd om beschadigde pakketten direct te weigeren. Desondanks bekijken we intern of we nog een passende oplossing kunnen bieden.

Really bad quality products, a shame what they are selling...

We are sorry your parcel was damaged by the courier during the busy pre-Christmas rush. However, transit damage does not reflect our product quality. We approved your claim and resolved the issue within 24 hours, so we find it unfair to label our items as "bad quality" due to mishandling in shipping.
