Receiving the order took a month. It was also not sent to the store, but to a DPD collection point. Shipment could not be tracked. The lamps are officially not table lamps, but hanging lamps. There is a wire with a hook on it. You can take it off, but there is a hole in the cap through which water can pass if you want to put the lights outside. Contact with the brand went smoothly in the beginning, but after that there was no more contact. Orderchamp himself also received no contact. Very lean filling with dried flowers. So I filled the lamps myself with nice dried flowers.

Beste, Bedankt voor je reactie en het spijt ons om te horen dat je niet tevreden bent. Voor de verzending hebben we 2 maal geprobeerd om naar uw adres te versturen maar dit lukte niet. Hierdoor hebben we naar een ophaalpunt gestuurd. Ik heb u ook een bericht gestuurd via orderchamp, 1 om te laten weten dat het naar het ophaalpunt zou gaan met de bijbehorende code en 2 wanneer het was aangekomen. Het aantal bloemen komt overeen met de foto's en is beperkt omdat we ook niet de charme van de lampjes willen verbergen. Er staat in de omschrijving dat de lampen kunnen worden opgehangen en nergens dat ze waterdicht zijn. Ik denk dat u voor een zeer goede prijs koopwaar heeft verkregen en het spijt me nogmaals dat u niet tevreden bent.

The lamps look very nice, but out of 8 lamps, 6 of the switches had to be assembled, one had the wire come loose from the solder joint, switching on works best with the lamp open. In one of them, the LED light chain only had 5 light elements instead of 10. But they are always eye-catching and when they light up, it also looks very nice. The dealer has to do a bit of tinkering beforehand and check every lamp before selling it!
