The Yucca Elephantipes is part of the Yucca family. This houseplant originally comes from Latin America, where Yuccas grow very large in nature. The Yucca can withstand sunlight well. Be careful with direct sunlight in the beginning and let the plant get used to it slowly. The Yucca Elephantipes needs direct sunlight for at least 5 hours a day. This houseplant is used to a dry climate and can therefore do well without water. In warmer periods the Yucca needs more water, but in winter this plant can go 4 to 6 weeks without water. Please note: plants are a living product and may differ from the photo and description. Our plants are delivered in a plastic growing pot. All plants are packaged and shipped directly from the nursery.
De Yucca Elephantipes maakt onderdeel uit van de Yucca familie. Deze kamerplant komt oorspronkelijk uit Latijns-Amerika, waar de Yucca's in de natuur heel groot worden. De Yucca kan goed tegen zonlicht. Pas in het begin op met direct zonlicht en laat de plant hier langzaam aan wennen. De Yucca Elephantipes heeft minimaal 5 uur per dag direct zonlicht nodig. Deze kamerplant is gewend aan een droog klimaat en kan hierdoor goed zonder water. In warmere periodes heeft de Yucca meer water nodig, maar in de winter kan deze plant 4 tot 6 weken zonder water.
