In 2003 Lilo and David, great travelers, returned from an 18-month world tour and created Maison Lilo, a human-sized company which offers soft, bohemian and slow-living collections with a vintage twist (Lilo is a great aficionado of flea markets, which are a constant source of inspiration for her) born from their meetings with talented artisans. Admirers of the centuries-old know-how discovered during their travels and the beauty of handmade work, Lilo and David are keen to share and highlight craftsmanship in all its forms, from embroidery to block printing, including metal work, blown glass and carpet weaving. Our collections are imagined and designed in France then manufactured in family workshops, in Provence, our stronghold, for our scents, in India for our printed and embroidered trays and textiles. Lilo, a big fan of flea markets, second hands and upcycling, has always created, in parallel with the Maison Lilo decoration collection, a line of clothing, fashion accessories and unique decorative pieces made from upcycled fabrics (silk saris, cotton saris transformed into kantha and other upcycled materials) and offers here her pieces but also her favorites purchased during travels such as superb old carpets. Very beautiful, unique pieces that add an authentic touch to the store.
