It was in the 1950s, in Provence, that the Maison Dessis was born. Established in the Vaucluse within the famous "Enclave des Papes", this human-sized family structure has always specialized in the trade of fresh truffles. Today, Clément Dessis, third generation of the family, diversifies the family activity by making the bet to associate the black truffle of Provence with local products, selected from local producers. Thanks to quality creations and innovative recipes, Maison Dessis offers an original range of gourmet products, exclusively with black winter truffles.
MAISON DESSIS, a story of family, passion, sharing around the famous black diamond for 3 generations ... C'est dans les années 1950, en Provence que la Maison Dessis vit le jour. Implantée dans le Vaucluse au sein de la célèbre "Enclave des Papes", cette structure familiale de taille humaine est depuis toujours spécialisée dans le négoce de truffes fraîches. Aujourd'hui, Clément Dessis, troisième génération de la famille, diversifie l'activité familiale en faisant le pari d'associer la truffe noire de Provence à des produits du terroir, sélectionnés auprès de producteurs locaux. Grâce à des créations de qualité et des recettes innovantes, la Maison Dessis propose une gamme originale de produits gourmets, exclusivement à la truffe noire d'hiver.
