Very dissatisfied with customer service. Cushion came damaged, poor finish (fabric completely in folds and seams). The filling cushions were also no longer vacuum packed, come loose in a few days. Customer service checked for return (a voucher for Oderchamp was OK or partial return). Replaced briefly, no extra info or photos was requested but simply rejected immediately, some attempts made for any allowance but nothing was possible .. very unfortunate

With the Solar and Luna cushion cover, the color of the supplied cushion cover does not correspond to the actual color which is lighter. Furthermore, I now have to order the pillow contents, but then I have to order again for a certain amount which I do not intend, too bad because the company should be able to meet me, because they have very nice and special pillows! That would mean more sales for them.
