Unfortunately, the products do not correspond visually or qualitatively to the pictures in the online shop, especially considering the high price. Despite the retailer's initial response, my request to return the items was rejected and no further feedback was received. For the price quoted, I would have expected significantly better quality and a more customer-friendly solution.
