I recently received an email stating that the products I purchased through your platform cannot be sold on external (third party) websites. This raises an important question for me: if these products are not allowed to be sold elsewhere, why are they offered here? The purpose of purchasing via this platform is to resell the products, right? Isn't this platform intended as a wholesale or supplier channel? If resale is not allowed, it seems logical to me that these products should not be sold through your site at all. I would like to receive a clear explanation about this, because the current situation is confusing and contradictory.

k heb onlangs een e-mail ontvangen waarin wordt aangegeven dat de producten die ik via jullie platform heb gekocht, niet op externe (derde partij) websites verkocht mogen worden. Dit roept bij mij een belangrijke vraag op: als deze producten niet elders verkocht mogen worden, waarom worden ze dan hier aangeboden? Het doel van aankopen via dit platform is toch juist om de producten door te verkopen? Is dit platform niet bedoeld als een groothandels- of leverancierskanaal? Als doorverkoop niet is toegestaan, lijkt het mij logisch dat deze producten helemaal niet verkocht zouden moeten worden via jullie site. Graag ontvang ik hier een duidelijke uitleg over, want de huidige situatie is verwarrend en tegenstrijdig.
