I recently received an email stating that the products I purchased through your platform cannot be sold on external (third party) websites.
This raises an important question for me: if these products are not allowed to be sold elsewhere, why are they offered here? The purpose of purchasing via this platform is to resell the products, right?
Isn't this platform intended as a wholesale or supplier channel? If resale is not allowed, it seems logical to me that these products should not be sold through your site at all.
I would like to receive a clear explanation about this, because the current situation is confusing and contradictory.
