LE PETIT ZESTE

Le petit zeste is a biscuit factory in the South of France founded by two agricultural and food engineers whose vocation is to highlight local raw materials in its biscuits. The recipes are gourmet and original and always without preservatives, artificial flavors or colorings.

Biscuits come in two ranges, savory and sweet, to suit all palates and all eating occasions. For aficionados of the aperitif, shortbread cookies with olive oil, Pélardon AOP and Provençal herbs, for fans of a sweet break prefer shortbread daisies with a Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, olive oil and fleur de sel from Camargue.
