This is a delicious olive oil-chili dressing made in Italy. The dressing is composed of 100% natural ingredients, without additives. The olives are picked by hand and the olive oil is carefully pressed and not filtered, so that the full taste is retained.
After about 15 to 16 weeks of ripening in the olive oil, a unique taste experience with a pleasant sharpness and a finely tuned pepperoncino bouquet is created. This dressing is versatile, for example for pasta, salads, antipasti, meat and bruschetta.
