Installed on the Guérande salt marshes and more particularly on the magnificent Mès basin, our two saltworks with 46 carnations or crystallizers are located in the town of Assérac and our workshop is located in St-Molf (44350).
Delicate fruit of the ocean, the sun, the wind and the ancestral know-how of the salt workers, the Guérande Salt and the Fleur de Sel de Guérande that we offer are harvested using traditional methods and entirely by hand.
Our Fleur de Sel de Guérande delicately picked from the surface of the water, our Gros Sel de Guérande, are neither washed nor treated and naturally drip on our salt pans.
Independent Producer-Harvesters, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products, which do not undergo any mechanization in order to respect the structure and taste of natural salt.
