This is a fine sea salt with characteristic white crystals. The salt has a subtle, slightly bitter taste and a unique moist texture. It comes from a historic lagoon in Greece and is harvested manually.
This salt works well with meat, fish, salads and finer dishes. The crystals give a refined finish to your dishes.
