Helene Winterstein is one of the pioneers in eye cosmetics. Thanks to her stage experience as a concert singer and determination, the invention of the world's first waterproof mascara is thanks to her. In 1936 she founded the company Helene Winterstein Cosmetic in Vienna and created the brand "La bella Nussy". Very early on she recognized the need to develop eye cosmetics for high demands, e.g. for sports and the stage. The entire eye make-up range is particularly suitable for people with sensitive eye areas and allergy sufferers.
