Our knives are used by starred chefs as well as by experienced individuals.

KOTAI est un coutelier indépendant, dévoué à la fabrication à la main de couteaux haut de gamme. Plus de 2 mois et 138 étapes succesives sont nécessaires à nos artisans couteliers pour forger un couteau.
