It all started one day of confinement during the summer of 2020, in the aisles of a food store in Valencia.
Our founder, Benjamin, wants to buy spices, which will accompany his umpteenth dish cooked at home. But impossible to make a choice and for good reason. Spices are too often traditional and exotic, difficult to use for a quick Tuesday evening dish.
On closer inspection, we are most often invited to travel. Tacos, tajines, paella... So we look for flavors from elsewhere and dishes that smell good of exoticism. But once past the famous couscous cooked once a year, our countless boxes of spices very often end up in the back of a cupboard.
Our mixes are precisely dedicated to simple and playful everyday cooking. We're here to shake up the spice shelves of all your food stores.
