Kombucha Time was founded in 2017 during the time Julie attended high school.
She had fallen in love with kombucha when she was an exchange student in the USA. After returning to Denmark, with kombucha nowhere to be found, she started making it by herself in the kitchen. Demand from friends and family made her start Kombucha Time.
Kombucha is a fizzy, fermented, and refreshing drink made of tea. Lactic acid and yeast will under the process of fermentation break down the added sugar, which results in the bobbly, sweet, and sour drink, we refer to as Kombucha.
Kombucha Time believes in a conscious choice of taking a moment to enjoy a sparkling sip of kombucha, in your own company or to be shared with others. The flavor is the most crucial part of Kombucha Time, and we only use flowers, herbs, and spices to give the most balanced taste in harmony with our carefully selected teas.
