The quality of the illustrations is really beautiful but on 60 products ordered, I only received 37 compliant. 20 and 3 were missing were on classic paper instead of the straw paper mentioned. I sent an email to the brand to which I had no answer. It is only via Orderchamp customer service that I had an answer and a refund (without the shipping costs) because apparently it is out of stock. Given the characteristics, I do not clearly see how there can be a stock of stock. I could have been waiting for two or three weeks to get them if that's what would have been problematic. I do not find this very honest, on the one hand, not to have warned that these items were missing (it is only by comparing the contents of the cardboard to the delivery slip that I realized it) and, on the other hand, to charge full delivery costs for almost half of order without the slightest gesture.

C'est uniquement via le service client orderchamp que j'ai eu une réponse et un remboursement (sans le frais de port) car apparemment, c'est en rupture de stock. Etant donné les caractéristiques, je ne vois pas bien comment il peut y avoir une rupture de stock. J'aurais très bien pu attendre deux ou trois semaines pour les obtenir si c'est cela qui aurait posé problème. Je ne trouve pas cela très honnête, d'une part, de ne pas avoir prévenu que ces articles étaient manquants (c'est seulement en comparant le contenu du carton au bon de livraison que je m'en suis rendue compte) et, d'autre part, de faire payer des frais de livraison plein pour presque une moitié de commande sans le moindre geste.
