About KAMPANERA Kombucha
KAMPANERA we are two friends, "young" and enterprising, who after going around the world many times, decided to return to our land to unite and create our project. We handcraft natural, healthy products with unbeatable flavor and quality.
Our fermenting adventure began during the lockdown of 2020, with an original SCOBY and a small room that quickly filled with jars of experiments and exotic flavors that filled the house with an intoxicating aroma of life (vinegar). Almost without realizing it, we went from fermenting 1l bottles to give to our families and friends, to batches of 25l, 100... until we decided to take the leap and look for a space dedicated exclusively to our kombuchas. This is how in 2021 we arrived in Mucientes, a small and charming town in Valladolid, Spain.
