JOKO Gastronomie was born from the passion of three friends who love nature and are passionate about gastronomy: Thomas, Thibault and Andréa. The main ambition is to promote French wild game meat by favoring a short circuit and to offer quality natural products while reducing food waste linked to hunting. The objective is also to make these exceptional products accessible.
Our partner workshop is located at the crossroads of two of the most beautiful valleys of the Pyrenees: the valley of Cauterets and that of Gavarnie. With 28 years of experience and several distinctions in the field of charcuterie, our artisan butcher and cook, Pierre, manufactures quality products from raw materials that come from the region.
