The vases I received are completely unacceptable. They are scratched, stained with marks that cannot be removed, and look like second-hand items rather than brand-new products. This is by far the worst quality I have ever received. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering that I paid for brand-new items in perfect condition. This is by far the worst quality I have ever received. I am extremely disappointed with the condition and quality of these items. I demand a full refund of the amount I paid. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately, without any further delays.
