There was no protection in the box even if all the items were in small boxes it would take some protection especially when the dishes are fragile. I can not reach the supplier to inform him of this small problem.

La commande est arrivée très vite et complète mais je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car deux bols a thé Cha Wan 6E sont arrivés cassés. Il n'y avait aucune protection dans le carton même si tous les articles étaient dans des petits cartons il faudrait quelques protections surtout lorsque la vaisselle est fragile.Je n'arrive pas joindre le fournisseur pour l'informé de ce petit souci.

The products are beautiful, a little more expensive than the average cast iron teapot that I have already purchased elsewhere, so I expect the quality to be impeccable down to the smallest detail, except for this delivery, this is not the case. is not the case, I have two teapots out of 6 which have fairly significant defects and 5 packaging out of 6 were in very poor condition, that is to say that I could not provide these boxes as packaging because they are too degraded and when we know that teapots are often given as gifts, it is very unfortunate. I informed ja-unendlich, I could of course revise the rating upwards depending on how my complaint is handled. Otherwise, I'll say it again, these are beautiful products.

Les produits sont beaux, un peu plus cher que la moyenne des théières en fonte que j'ai déjà acheté ailleurs, je m'attends donc à ce que la qualité soit irréprochable jusque dans les moindres détails, hors sur cette livraison, ce n'est pas la cas, j'ai deux théières sur 6 qui présentent des défauts assez importants et 5 packaging sur 6 étaient dans un très mauvais état, c'est à dire que je ne pourrais pas fournir ces boites comme emballage car elles sont trop dégradées et quand on sait que les théières sont souvent offertes en cadeau, c'est très dommageable. J'ai informé ja-unendlich, Je pourrais bien sûr revoir la note à la hausse selon la façon dont sera traitée ma réclamation. Sinon, je le redis encore, ce sont de beaux produits.
