Loison Panettone;
Our artisan Panettone contains a fragrant, soft and yellow cake enriched with raisins and candied orange peel from Sicily and lemons from Diamante, Calabria.
Dario Loison has partnered with the Slow Food Association for over 30 years and has used its presidia for 15 years. We take great pride and care in selecting the ingredients that will produce the best Panettone. We have an extensive control system to monitor our internal processes, especially when it comes to raw materials, which we source locally where possible.
All basic ingredients for the Panettone in our Top Line are fresh: eggs from free-range chickens from Italy, whipped cream, butter and milk produced in our mountains.
