The ordering process is extremely messy. After I have paid, it is suddenly canceled, and eventually I receive the order after a few weeks. Then I will be reimbursed, and then I will receive another payment request, but now suddenly for a higher amount. All in all a time-consuming process. One of the glasses had clearly been used, and it also broke in half after a few weeks (I always test the products myself before selling them). As an "excuse" you are then told that they are a dropshipping company. I left it at that, not worth repeating. The rest of the glasses are also not of good quality, the frames break quite quickly.

Het bestelproces verloopt enorm rommelig. Nadat ik heb betaald wordt er zomaar ineens geannuleerd, en uiteindelijk krijg ik de bestelling na een paar weken. Dan word ik terugbetaald, en dan krijg ik weer een betaalverzoek, maar nu ineens van een hoger bedrag. Al met al een tijdrovend proces. Een van de brillen was overduidelijk gebruikt, en die brak ook na een paar weken doormidden (ik test de producten altijd eerst zelf voor ik ze verkoop). Als "excuus" krijg je dan te horen dat ze een dropshipping bedrijf zijn. Heb het er maar bij gelaten, niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Rest van de brillen is ook niet van goede kwaliteit, de monturen breken vrij snel.

Beautiful glasses. Delivered promptly. The disadvantage is that the supplier also sells to the consumer, which is a reason for me not to order from this supplier in the future. As a retailer, you cannot compete with his market price.

Mooie brillen. Vlot geleverd. Nadeel is wel dat leverancier ook zelf verkoopt aan de consument, voor mij een reden om niet meer in de toekomst te bestellen bij deze leverancier. Tegen zijn marktprijs kun jij als detailist dan niet aan.
