The ordering process is extremely messy. After I have paid, it is suddenly canceled, and eventually I receive the order after a few weeks. Then I will be reimbursed, and then I will receive another payment request, but now suddenly for a higher amount. All in all a time-consuming process. One of the glasses had clearly been used, and it also broke in half after a few weeks (I always test the products myself before selling them). As an "excuse" you are then told that they are a dropshipping company. I left it at that, not worth repeating. The rest of the glasses are also not of good quality, the frames break quite quickly.

Goedemorgen Hilda, Hartelijk dank voor het schrijven van uw review. Wij begrijpen dat u niet geheel tevreden bent over hoe de bestelling is verlopen, wij zijn dit namelijk ook niet. Het is inderdaad rommelig verlopen door een technische "storing", waarbij uw order dubbel in ons systeem kwam. Bij het annuleren van de 1 van de 2 orders, werd uw order ook direct in Orderchamp geannuleerd. Dit was natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. Wij hebben toen uw order handmatig opnieuw ingegeven en deze zo snel mogelijk verstuurd zonder dat hier een betaling tegenover stond. (27 mei besteld, 30 mei geleverd) Al met al een heel leerproces. Schade aan de bril lossen wij graag voor u op middels een nieuw exemplaar. Kunt u ons een foto toesturen? Dan weten we gelijk om welk montuur het gaat.
