Whip 450g double cream until soft peaks form. Sift in 50g icing sugar. Mix 100ml warm milk with 4 drops Rose Spice Drops and 2 drops Saffron Spice Drops, and whisk the mixture into the cream. Pour the mixture into ramekins, and chill overnight.
