Fall down, get up, keep going: As an extreme sports enthusiast, Ben knows that goals are worth fighting for – and that giving up is not an option. With a top value of 1,200 kilometers in under 50 hours, he became the fastest and youngest rider ever at the traditional “Paris – Brest – Paris” cycle marathon in 2015 and covered an impressive 25,000 kilometers on the saddle. He is convinced that he owes his high performance not only to intensive training sessions, but also to his diet, which is based on plant-based and nutrient-rich foods. In order to share his knowledge, Ben not only published his first book "Be Faster Go Vegan" with Narayana Verlag in 2016, but also launched the first muesli mixtures and energy bars with his Goodsport brand.

Whether in sports or at work: energy and stamina characterize Ben and drive him on every day.
An apprenticeship as a chef, a degree in ecotrophology and many years of experience in the food industry: With his expertise, Johannes as the new managing director and co-founder is the perfect complement to Ben and his sporting ambitions. Before joining Goodsport, he wasn't very interested in sports - but through meeting his new partner, he has now discovered his passion for running, completely changed his life and successfully participated in a half marathon and various sporting competitions.

Johannes has also set himself high professional goals: Together with Ben, he wants to take Goodsport to the next level and thus help other people to improve their performance and well-being through the right diet. Hinfallen, aufstehen, weitermachen: Als Extremsportler mit Leib und Seele weiß Ben, dass es sich lohnt, für seine Ziele zu kämpfen – und dass Aufgeben keine Option ist. Mit einem Spitzenwert von 1.200 Kilometern in unter 50 Stunden wurde er beim traditionellen Radmarathon „Paris – Brest – Paris“ 2015 zum schnellsten und jüngsten Fahrer überhaupt und legte stolze 25.000 Kilometer auf dem Sattel zurück. Seine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit, davon ist er überzeugt, verdankt er aber nicht nur intensiven Trainingseinheiten, sondern auch seiner Ernährung, die auf pflanzlichen und nährstoffreichen Lebensmitteln basiert. Um sein Wissen zu teilen, veröffentlichte Ben 2016 nicht nur sein erstes Buch „Be Faster Go Vegan“ im Narayana Verlag, sondern launcht mit seiner Marke Goodsport auch die ersten Müslimischungen und Energieriegel.

Eine Ausbildung zum Koch, ein Ökotrophologie-Studium sowie langjährige Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie: Mit seiner Expertise ist Johannes als neuer Geschäftsführer und Mitbegründer die perfekte Ergänzung zu Ben und dessen sportlichem Ehrgeiz. Vor seinem Einstieg bei Goodsport hatte er mit Sport nicht viel am Hut – durch seine Begegnung mit seinem neuen Partner hat er nun aber die Leidenschaft für das Laufen entdeckt, sein Leben komplett umgestellt und erfolgreich an einem Halbmarathon sowie diversen sportlichen Wettkämpfen teilgenommen.

Auch beruflich hat Johannes sich hohe Ziele gesetzt: Gemeinsam mit Ben möchte er Goodsport auf das nächste Level bringen und so auch anderen Menschen dabei helfen, ihre Leistungsfähigkeit und ihr Wohlbefinden durch die richtige Ernährung zu verbessern.
