we see roasting as part of the larger collaboration between our farmers, sourcing partners and ultimately baristas and coffee lovers. our goal as a coffee roastery is to recognize the intentions of the people involved in making our coffee and to express those intentions through our work. coffee is a fruit. and you should also taste that in the cup. roasting is the decisive step from the green raw material to the finished coffee. for us it is also the most exciting. we roast our coffee to light filter coffees to medium-dark espressos. we try to show the respective coffees light and medium. We roast all our coffees slowly and gently and you will receive individual support from us.;-)
