Information
Felt is a very robust material that is hardly flammable and self-cleaning to a certain extent. The wool fibers absorb dirt and odors poorly. For maintenance it is usually sufficient to air it occasionally. For harder soiling, it can be carefully washed by hand in a mild wool detergent at a maximum of 30°C. It can then be pulled back into shape if necessary.
