Nicely and neatly packaged, fast delivery, nice handwritten card included.
Products that I ordered are similar in quality to those from Ali Express, unfortunately not what I expected for this money.
Contacted the brand, unfortunately no response was received, too bad!

We are very sorry to hear that there were problems with the order.
As a small family business (mother and daughter), we place a lot of importance on quality in every respect and making our customers happy. So far there have been no complaints about our quality but of course we will take your review to heart.
We work with our own selected partner manufacturers who make and pack each piece of jewellery by hand and with love.
We also put a lot of emphasis on sustainability and use recycled materials for both our jewellery and our packaging.
Two of your three ordered products are even among our order takers. The Cross Earstuds are made from recycled 925 sterling silver and so, like our other jewellery, are very fairly priced. The Nauru Bangle is made of waterproof stainless steel and is on of our best sellers at 49.90€.
