Andreas recognizes the upcoming major upheavals in retail and specialist trade, founds GeGeGe while still studying business administration for his master’s degree. Andreas Gerblinger explains what GeGeGe means: “Ingenious Enjoy Gerblinger. Eating pleasure does not have to be associated with unhealthy nutrition, on the contrary.” He wants to offer new culinary taste experiences. This applies to the range of wines, spirits and liqueurs as well as to the numerous oils, vinegars and spices, teas and sweets and many other delicacies. "Our products do not contain any flavor enhancers or preservatives," he emphasizes. Current market research data from the Institute IFH shows that Andreas Gerblinger hits a nerve. According to his survey, 41 percent of consumers want easier food and cooking. Over 31 percent would like help in getting presents. Before its customers can buy the beautifully packaged and conveniently sized products in the store, they always pass the palates of family and friends. "Only when we tasted thirty different types of gin, only two good ones emerged in our test group."
