Hello, unfortunately I received damaged and uneven pans with this order. The Pietra Lavica pans are not flat. These wobble and only have partial contact with the induction plate. Customers have complained. Some of the handles are not installed correctly and wobble, one pan took a hit and is not round, even though the packaging was actually good. I think the pan was shipped like this. I had already complained about the whole thing via Orderchamp after receiving the goods, unfortunately there was no message yet. Hallo, habe leider beschädigte und unebene Pfannen bei dieser Bestellung bekommen. Die Pietra Lavica Pfannen sind nicht plan. Diese wckeln und haben nur teilweise Kontakt mit der Induktionsplatte. Kunden haben reklamiert. Teilweise sind die Griffe nicht richtig montiert und wackeln, eine Pfanne hat einen Schlag abbekommen und ist nicht rund, obwohl die Verpackung eigentlich gut war. Ich denke die Pfanne wurde so versendet. Das ganze hatte ich schon nach dem Erhalt der Waren reklamiert über Orderchamp, leider kam noch keine Nachricht. Schade eigentlich, die Wokpfanne ist sehr gut. Über eine Nachricht würde ich mich freuen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Carola Grieb
