Replace paper kitchen towel with a cloth you can wash and reuse. Flaxie sponge cloths are made in Europe from 70% cellulose (from FSC-certified European forests) and 30% cotton, printed with water-based inks.
Soft when wet and quick to dry, each cloth holds up to 15 times its own weight in water without falling apart like paper. Gentle and non-abrasive, it wipes worktops, dishes, appliances and windows, and leaves no streaks on glass hobs.
Machine washable, dishwasher safe and can be boiled. With proper care, a cloth lasts around 9-12 months. At the end of its life it can be composted (around 6-8 weeks) or recycled with cardboard.

What we make - Flaxie Freeze reusable freezer bags in PUL, in 23 plain colours and 5 sizes, with a 5-year guarantee that also covers purchases made through stockists. We repair first, and replace if a bag cannot be repaired. - Lunch bags and wraps in PUL, in over 100 fabric designs. - Bread and baguette bags in double-layer cotton, with an Oeko-Tex or organic cotton exterior and an unbleached, untreated organic cotton lining, in over 100 fabric designs. - Bowl covers in translucent EVA tested for food safety, with an elastic edge, finished with a cotton bias binding in a Liberty print or plain colour. All our PUL (polyurethane-laminated polyester) products are independently tested for food contact (Celabor, Belgium), PVC-free and machine washable at 60°C. We have been members of 1% for the Planet since 2021, contributing 1% of annual sales to verified environmental projects. Through Tree-Nation we plant at least one tree with every order, and we have planted more than 9,500 trees so far.
