The Kantha Talia necklace is a beautiful piece of jewelry with a unique and colorful appearance. The necklace consists of three layers with different types of Kantha textile beads, varying in shape and size. The inner strand has small oblong beads, the middle strand has medium oval beads, and the outer strand has large oval beads. This creates a beautiful layered effect.
Each bead is unique because they are handmade by women artisans in India. The beads are made from recycled wood from old furniture, covered with leftover fabric from Kantha quilts - old blankets made from saris. This creates beautiful, unique patterns and designs on each bead.
The total length of the chain is approximately 24 cm, with a 7 cm extension chain with a clasp. This makes the necklace easy to adapt to your personal style.
