DESCRIPTION:
Fresh basil, grown in the lands of the Iblea province, crushed immediately, i.e. a few hours after harvest, with extra virgin olive oil, with the addition of almonds, dried tomatoes, and a light base of tomato puree to soften the taste. Packaged in a low weight of 180 GR (in standard jar 212 - mouth 63) to maintain a low weight, and to not expose the product to prolonged oxidative processes in the pasteurization tunnel. It is more than enough for three/four meals (three/four people). INGREDIENTI: Olio extra vergine di oliva 35%, passata di pomodoro 29%, basilico 17%, pomodoro secco 14%, mandorla, sale, zucchero. SENZA GLUTINE E SENZA CONSERVANTI.
DESCRIZIONE:
Il basilico fresco, coltivato nelle terre della provincia iblea, pestato nell’immediatezza, ovvero a poche ore dal raccolto, con olio extravergine di oliva, con l’aggiunta di mandorla, pomodoro secco, ed una leggera base di passata di pomodoro per ammorbidire il gusto. Confezionato in grammatura bassa da 180 GR (in vaso standard 212 – bocca 63) per mantenere una battuta bassa, e per non esporre il prodotto a processi ossidativi prolungati nel tunnel di pastorizzazione. Risulta oltremodo sufficiente per tre/quattro pasti (tre/quattro persone).
