A chair is delivered which is different in size if the rest. The aftercare is extremely difficult. Debt is pushed on the customer non-stop while there is clearly a production wrong in the chair.

Wordt een stoel geleverd welke qua maat anders is als de rest. De nazorg is enorm moeizaam. Schuld wordt non-stop op de klant afgeschoven terwijl er gewoon overduidelijk een productie fout in de stoel zit.

The 6 gray chairs are missing! The 4 anthracite chairs were delivered, although with an open bag of screws, so 13 screws are missing, but that will be sent later.

De 6 grijze stoelen zijn spoorloos! De 4 stoelen antraciet zijn geleverd, weliswaar met een open zakje schroeven dus er missen 13 schroeven maar dat wordt nagestuurd.
