The people at Customform packaged the order well and had it delivered quickly. Communication regarding delivery also went well. The only improvement that affects the ordered item and related items is that the product description itself is missing a lot of important information. Sometimes I had to get them from other dealers of the same product or directly from the dealer via email. The inquiries were answered quickly.
Furniture deviates from the color. Thought black but is more light green to gray. In addition, it is not possible to communicate/chat with them. The function is off. So we remained in the dark when the order would be delivered. Finally delivered fairly quickly
