Herbal tea with character

A world opens up. Behind that soft taste of chamomile lies a harsh reality in which women are still not treated equally. Not even in the countries where
many of the herbs in this tea come from. Women who are rarely visible but do crucial work. They work in the fields, take care of the children, run the household -
often at the same time. This is regularly accompanied by mental and physical complaints.
Cleo's wants to change that
We consciously opt for a chain in which equality is central. That is why we support the Women's Health Project of SEKEM, our raw material supplier in Egypt.
An initiative of their Heliopolis University that trains women and offers them a job as a health coach - a key figure in the community. Every woman who is educated is reached
200 families and therefore up to 1000 people.
Is that big? No
Is it impactful? Absolute!
Cleo's shows that things can be done differently. That brands can be an example. And that real change starts with small choices. Such as choosing a cup of tea.
