The Château de la Gabelle is a family story.
That of a family of lavender producers for 9 generations in the heart of Provence.

In 2019, Inès created the Château de la Gabelle brand to promote the work of her ancestors, whose traditions and heritage continue today. His idea is simple: to enhance the production of organic lavender from the château, harvested by his uncles and cousins.
