The farmers earn a significantly higher income than on the world market and can therefore work in a way that is environmentally friendly over the long term. The intact nature in turn secures the farmers' livelihood in the long term. A win for people and nature!

So that you can enjoy a great product at the end, everyone involved does their best: the farmers only harvest ripe coffee cherries from the bush, the employees in the laboratory in Nicaragua check the quality of each batch - and when roasting we give the beans plenty of time to add their aroma unfold.
