About Café Chavalo eG
Yes, it's possible! A worldwide trade from which everyone involved can live, a respectful relationship between trading partners and sustainable, ecological agriculture! This is the only way to ensure a fair future and the preservation of livelihoods in the growing countries. That is why Café Chavalo imports fair trade and environmentally friendly products from Nicaragua.
You will only find fair trade organic products with us. The farmers earn a significantly higher income than on the world market and can therefore work in a way that is environmentally friendly over the long term. The intact nature in turn secures the farmers' livelihood in the long term. A win for people and nature!
So that you can enjoy a great product at the end, everyone involved does their best: the farmers only harvest ripe coffee cherries from the bush, the employees in the laboratory in Nicaragua check the quality of each batch - and when roasting we give the beans plenty of time to add their aroma unfold.
