Our Colombian coffees are traded directly, i.e. we import them directly from the coffee producer and pay the coffee farmer a very fair price.

Matthias had his first contact with the coffee nation Colombia 13 years ago when he was seized by a thirst for adventure and he packed his backpack to travel through South America as a backpacker. The people, the lifestyle, the colors and the smells of Colombia immediately cast a spell over him. And when he had the chance to try an authentic Colombian coffee on a coffee farm, it was finally over for him.

Back in Germany, the trained graphic designer started his blog CafCaf to express his newly discovered passion for coffee, especially coffee from Colombia. What started out playfully soon turned into a real heart project. Not least out of curiosity for a deeper knowledge of coffee and the longing to better explore the Colombian soul, further trips to Colombia followed.
