unfortunately sent with the wrong carrier, while consultation had been made to send correctly, as a result I was unable to serve my customer and lost 300 euros in turnover, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but only received on Wednesday.
jammer genoeg met de verkeerde vervoerder verstuurd, terwijl er overlegd was om juist te versturen, hierdoor heb ik mijn klant niet kunnen bedienen en 300 euro omzet verloren, zou vrijdag geleverd worden, woensdag pas gekregen.

Our first order at by Woon did not go completely smoothly. Including a wrong product delivered and products not available due to production problems.
It also took quite a while before a solution was found that we could both be satisfied with. Products are beautiful and well packaged. They look like a gift to the consumer
Onze eerste bestelling bij by Woon liep niet helemaal vlekkeloos. Onder andere een verkeerd product geleverd en producten niet leverbaar ivm productie problemen.
Het duurde ook redelijk lang voordat er een oplossing kwam waarmee we beide tevreden konden zijn. Producten zijn mooi en goed verpakt. Zien er voor de consument uit als cadeautje
