Information
This is a baking mix for bread made from ancient grains. The package contains three separate mixtures with which you can bake bread yourself. Each mixture consists of two parts: a brühstück and a main dough that you mix successively.
The result is a nutritious bread with a good shelf life. You can also opt for two smaller loaves instead of one larger loaf. The product has a shelf life of twelve months.
