Broste was founded in Copenhagen in 1955 by entrepreneur Ulf Brøste. Broste Copenhagen flagship stores around the canals of Copenhagen sell products that have been carefully selected by Ulf himself.
In the 1980s and 1990s, the focus shifted to wholesale and our own production of candles and gift items was set up. It forms the basis of Broste Copenhagen as we know it today.
Broste has grown into a brand where the value of Danish Design is anchored in its DNA. With the aim of offering great design solutions that are versatile, accessible and pleasing to the eye.
