I am sorry for your bad experience. We have shipped out the same day of your order placement. Our Shipping Courier send back the package, because the address was incorrect. We have been trying to get in touch with you also since the 21th of February without getting any response. Before our second shipment we have checked every item and are sure that before shipment no items were incomplete or damaged. We need proof/photos of the items to file a complaint at our Shipping Courier and reimburse the damaged items, but Erialos Boutique is not providing them after we asked for them.
