A disappointment. The ordered items come directly from a Chinese supplier (made in PRC) whose names I do not mention here. They are beautiful jewelry in themselves, but they are simply delivered in the Chinese packaging from the (Chinese) wholesaler where Bijoux Mystères orders them. You write with your brand: "Our jewelry is designed...". but there is nothing personalized about the items you sell. I think it is a shame that no effort is even made to attach your own name or label to the jewelry. I have to remove all the jewelry from the cheap-looking cards and packaging myself to be able to present them in our store. Not recommended

Een deel van onze collecties wordt exclusief voor ons ontwikkeld en is niet beschikbaar bij andere concurrenten of groothandels. Daarnaast kiezen wij er bewust voor om onze verpakkingen neutraal te houden, zodat onze klanten de producten gemakkelijk onder hun eigen winkelidentiteit kunnen presenteren zonder zichtbare branding van de leverancier.
Dankzij deze aanpak kunnen wij kwalitatieve sieraden aanbieden tegen toegankelijke prijzen voor onze retailers.
Wij begrijpen uw opmerking over de verpakking en nemen uw feedback zeker mee voor toekomstige verbeteringen.
Daarnaast, indien u reeds over eigen verpakkingen of gepersonaliseerde kaartjes met uw merk beschikt, kunnen wij deze vóór verzending van uw bestelling voor u vervangen. U hoeft ons dit enkel vóór de verzending door te geven, zodat wij dit voor u kunnen organiseren.
